The cover of the box has a finely executed profile of William Pitt facing left. Inscribed: (upper outer edge) William Pitt, the sides are ornamented with a Greek key design.

Size: 58 mm (2 1/4 ins) diameter in very good condition although bearing a slight indentation to upper left rim of the lid.
